Skydo's Mission

Skydo's On Her Way Back from Disney, listening to her tunes.

It is our mission at Pull for Peace Inc, to join forces in the plight to end dog fighting and cruelty to the American Pit Bull Terrier, and all animals for that matter.

We plan to do this by raising public awareness, offering safe and fun alternatives to dog fighting, cooperating with all local rescues, shelters and law enforcement. We will have a hotline in which people do not have to use their name but still can receive a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of people participating in this crime. To try to reduce neglect we will provide free vet care where we will even come and pick up your pet, and drop him/her back to you, we even provide free spaying or neutering for all American Pit Bull Terrier (APBT).

Another one of our goals here at Pull for Peace is to end the negative stigma that is attached to the APBT. We want to show what caring, faithful, peaceful animals they are and that all the horrible things you hear like, "they just snap for no reason," or "they have locking jaws," are the farthest from the truth. In short if we can just save one of these beautiful creatures from the horrors of fighting, neglect and abuse, it will make our efforts and time worth it all. We will take in and rehabilitate dogs that would normally just be put down, we believe that if the dog can live through being abused from the time it was born, never knowing a soft touch, or love and affection, it deserves a second chance to live a happylife with a loving owner, no matter what we have to do to get them there.

We are a non-profit organization and rely soley on donations from the public. If you would like to help our cause please click on this link:   Donate Now

It Isn't Always...

It isn't always, especially when it comes to Pit Bulls. It isn't always that Pit Bulls have hot or explosive tempers. Little Joe (our American Pit Bull Terrier) has lived with us for almost 6 years and has never displayed a mean bone in his body.

In fact, Little Joe has only shown ...Read more

In the Right Company

Nothing has made me more happier than my pit bull Georgio. About six years ago I had an unfortunate accident that kept me home bound. I had other dog breeds before, but my cousin Marco brought over a cute, white with brown spots, pit bull terrier puppy. I wasn't sure if I could take care of myself and a new puppy, but I was hoping that this change could bring a difference to the monotony of being home alone.

I named him Georgio and have never received more love from another animal before...Read more
